Controlled-test process · dedicated legal request mailbox not yet configured · formal legal review required before public launch
Law enforcement and authorities
This page explains how public authorities can reach the operator of LOUDERR, what the service can and cannot provide, and how emergencies are handled. During the controlled test, requests reach the operator through the same channel the operator uses with participants; a dedicated, monitored request mailbox is a pre-launch dependency and will be published here when it exists.
What the service holds
LOUDERR stores account records (display name, handle, email address, registration and sign-in timestamps), the content a member publishes or sends (Drops, comments, public chat messages, direct messages, uploaded media after re-encoding), safety reports and moderation decisions with their reasons, and a security audit log of staff actions. Uploaded originals are kept only for the retention window that the media pipeline enforces. The service does not run third-party trackers and does not hold payment details.
Requests for member data
Data about a member is disclosed to an authority only under a valid legal process from a competent authority in a jurisdiction the operator is subject to, or where the operator reasonably believes disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent, serious harm to a person. A request should identify the requesting authority, the legal basis, the account or content concerned (handle, Drop or message identifier, or the exact address of the page), the date range, and the specific records sought. Overbroad requests are narrowed or refused.
Preservation
On a written preservation request that identifies the account or content, the operator preserves the relevant records for ninety days pending legal process, and extends once on request.
Emergencies
Where there is a risk of death or serious physical injury to a person, a request marked as an emergency is treated ahead of everything else. Reports filed inside the product in the categories child safety, self-harm, threats, illegal content, doxxing and intimate images without consent alert every staff account immediately.
Content that is illegal
Anyone, including an authority, may use the in-product report action on the exact profile, Drop, message or media item. Reports in the categories above are prioritised, every decision records a reason, and the affected member receives that reason with a route to appeal. Child sexual abuse material is removed and preserved for reporting to the competent body; the operator does not knowingly host it and does not return it to the reporter.
Transparency
Every staff action is written to an audit log that records who acted, on what, when and why. The operator intends to publish periodic counts of reports, decisions, appeals and authority requests once the service is open to the public.
