A public support address has not been set up yet. Email support is currently unavailable.
For a wrong date of birth, include your @handle and explain the problem. Your saved date cannot be changed in the app. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, ID documents, card details, private messages or sensitive images.
Report a safety problem
Open the options menu on a profile, Drop, public chat message, direct message or media item and choose Report. You can report earlier direct messages even when your account is limited by the age requirement.

Manage your account
If you registered with Google, choose Continue with Google and use the same Google account.
If your account uses a password, choose Forgot password on the sign-in screen to reset it by email.
For your sessions, data export or account deletion, open Account and choose Security.
Copyright and formal notices
Use Copyright in the report menu for the content concerned. Read the copyright information for the current removal process.
A service address and formal notice channels still need to be published before unrestricted public launch. An account-support address does not replace those channels.
