Beta Terms
LOUDERR v0.6 is a limited controlled-testing service. Availability, synchronized World or Board state, content durability, and external-provider availability are not guaranteed.
Accounts and external sign-in
Where configured, Google or Apple sign-in is a convenience for accessing a LOUDERR account. The same LOUDERR rules apply regardless of sign-in method. You must be entitled to use the provider account and keep it secure. Provider availability, relay email, recovery, suspension, or deletion can affect access and is also governed by the provider’s terms.
A provider email matching an existing LOUDERR account does not merge the accounts automatically. Sign in to the existing account and use the explicit connection control. If you register without choosing a handle, LOUDERR assigns a random handle that you can later change subject to availability and policy. Adding a local password is optional for provider-created accounts but can provide another recovery path.
Your content and participation
You must have the rights and consent needed to publish each Drop, response, message, link, offer, and uploaded media. You retain ownership; you grant the service the limited rights required to store, process, moderate, display, and deliver that content inside the controlled test.
Automatic translation is currently disabled. If explicitly enabled in a future release, LOUDERR may create automated language derivatives while retaining the original as the source of record. Translations can be incomplete or wrong; members can view the original, and staff must not treat a machine translation as the sole authority for a sanction or dispute. Public text may then be processed by the configured translation provider. Private-message translation requires an operator-enabled provider and opt-in from both active participants; either participant can withdraw future in-app use, but withdrawal cannot undo processing already performed by a provider.
Most World surfaces are public. Direct messages, saves, notifications, collaboration interests, and account or billing state are participant- or recipient-scoped. The coarse World map is opt-in and removable; do not use any feature to publish another person’s private or precise location.
Creator commerce and sponsorship
When commerce is configured, Creator Studio uses a recurring subscription and creator offers can use provider-hosted Checkout. One-time offers use a single provider payment and local purchase; monthly or yearly memberships use recurring subscriptions. Creator payouts require connected-provider onboarding. A bounded platform fee applies to creator transactions.
Creating Checkout records a pending local purchase and provider session. A pending purchase or created Checkout is not proof of settled payment or paid entitlement. Only verified provider payment state can move the purchase to paid or active entitlement.
Creators remain responsible for accurately describing and delivering the offered destination or benefit and for applicable tax, reporting, and other creator duties unless a displayed policy or applicable law assigns a duty elsewhere.
Sponsored placement on the Board and native advertising are separately reviewed and visibly disclosed commercial lanes. Native ads can appear between organic Floor or FLOW items without changing organic order or metrics. Payment cannot purchase organic Floor, Discover, Trending, Scout, Winner, achievement, Discovery targets, or organic Board authority.
Creator support is a payment to support a creator, not a representation of a tax-deductible charitable donation. The service does not introduce transferable coins, a user-to-user cash wallet or a promise of investment returns.
When explicitly enabled, consumer Premium is a separate recurring ad-free subscription, not Creator Studio. Access depends on verified paid billing periods and can end following cancellation, expiration, refund, dispute or account deletion. Provider billing controls and any immediate-end action must describe their effect before confirmation. Premium does not remove ordinary member posts that mention brands.
Native-ad budgets fund separately measured qualifying browser reports, not guaranteed human attention, sales or a delivery deadline. Advertiser reports distinguish spend, remaining funds and clicks. Unused money is not earned advertising revenue; refunds and reconciliation require the approved policy and verified provider state. Commercial pricing, tax and refund terms remain disabled-policy review items during controlled testing.
Checkout, billing portals, subscriptions, and payouts are hosted or processed by the configured payment provider and may also be governed by that provider’s terms. Cancellation and non-renewal follow verified provider state. A verified paid-through membership can continue until its provider-confirmed entitlement end even after renewal is stopped.
On creator account deletion, a non-refunded recurring buyer membership is treated as non-renewing. Paid-through access continues only when provider cancellation confirms a future current-period end and a stored fulfillment snapshot exists; otherwise local entitlement ends at deletion. This is a narrowly implemented creator-deletion behavior, not a general promise about every cancellation or provider outcome.
Refund and dispute handling must follow the displayed policy and applicable law; making a request does not promise any outcome. Production receipt, support, tax, dispute, refund, and payout procedures have not been established by this draft and must be reviewed before public commercial use.
A payment-provider outage can make onboarding, Checkout, billing, cancellation, reconciliation, or payout functions unavailable. An outage does not create paid entitlement or authorize the service to report that an incomplete provider-dependent action succeeded.
Account deletion and retained evidence
Deletion can require payment-provider reconciliation or cancellation before the local account is retired and fails closed if billing cannot be stopped safely. It removes or replaces direct identifiers and retires the public account and its authority, but retained financial, entitlement, sponsor-exposure, moderation, security, and audit evidence remains pseudonymized under a stable internal user ID and remains linkable inside the service.
Local account deletion removes LOUDERR’s stored Google/Apple link, but it does not delete the external provider account. It also does not necessarily close a payment-provider connected account, settle or release provider-held balances, or erase records retained by a provider or where legally required. Those accounts, balances, and records can outlive local deletion. Exact retention and erasure rules remain a pre-launch legal and operational dependency.
A monitored public billing, refund, dispute, tax, payout, or legal contact channel is not configured for this controlled test. Public operator and service-address details, contact routes, and commercial procedures remain pre-launch dependencies.
Fair and safe use
Do not automate accounts, forge engagement, attack the service, misrepresent an offer or sponsorship, or bypass rate, moderation, authentication, payment, or storage controls. LOUDERR may restrict content or accounts to protect members and the shared world. Eligible actions can be appealed, but response times are not guaranteed during controlled testing.
No production warranty
The controlled test is provided for evaluation without a promise of uninterrupted operation, reach, sales, revenue, payout, or fitness for a particular purpose. This draft does not establish compliance with any jurisdiction and requires professional counsel review before broader or commercial launch.
